LED Chips
Cree LED offers a diverse portfolio of InGaN-based LED chips to meet a wide variety of requirements for blue, green and white-converted LEDs. With over 25 years of industry experience, Cree LED’s chips have been widely used by industry leaders in markets ranging from automotive to white goods, and applications from indicators to high-end lighting systems. The Cree LED chips portfolio includes the following product families:
- EZ: low- to high-power 2D “top-emitters” with a Lambertian radiation pattern
- SA: high-power 3D “volume-emitters” for efficient, no wire packaging
- SR: low- to mid-power LED chips for a wide range of applications
- SD: low-power, vertical design replacing legacy MB/RT/UT chip types, primarily for indicator applications
